Virus
Here is a poem my friend wrote a while ago... it is really awesome! (She had it all in one paragraph, but to make it easier to read, I just split up the sentences.)
It spreads to every corner of your body.
Every limb feels heavy with it, your brain processes slow, your mouth goes dry, and nausea churns in your stomach.
Sensors go into under-drive, and over-drive, simultaneously.
Things jumble in your mind, and nothing is easy to understand.
It spreads to every corner of your body.
You find it hard to breathe, you force your chest to rise and fall with large gulps of air, hoping they will steady you.
Every movement of the world around you startles you out of this painful reverie, but only for a second.
Back and forth, back and forth, between awake and unconscious.
Your blood feels like molasses in your veins.
And when you force yourself to breathe, the breath spreads out like the virus, through your blood to your hair follicles, your fingertips, your Achilles tendons.
It burns like fire as it fights, feels like a million million little stabbing knives, fighting, struggling against the virus.
But still the virus holds you down, constricting your throat, tying your stomach in sickening knots.
It holds you down, deadening you, suffocating you.
The virus hurts in its deadness, and tears come to your eyes.
This is how the virus works.
This is how panic kills.
It spreads to every corner of your body.
Every limb feels heavy with it, your brain processes slow, your mouth goes dry, and nausea churns in your stomach.
Sensors go into under-drive, and over-drive, simultaneously.

Zombie Movies
Which zombie movie/s are you most looking towards?!?
I think I am most looking forward to World War Z ^____^
I think I am most looking forward to World War Z ^____^
Poem
Here is one!
The zombies are most anxious about the graveyard
Before midnight arises, for they make the
Most petrifying of wails and screams.
Sounding as if they are being boiled alive
In their own ghastliness, of their slimy and
Putrid green skin.
They dare not gander about the graveyard
Before the dead of night arises, for they
Will be engulfed by the sunlight which
Sweeps across the grave stones,
Standing like forgotten and mysterious
Relics.
They are tremendously afraid of the sunlight,
For it completely obliterates them; causing their skins
To melt ferociously under
The searing heat of the sun,
And their bows to spew out disgusting
And putrid mucus.
When the crow squawks upon the Oak
Tree in the grave yard, the Zombies
Are wise to know that the dead of night
Has come to being.
They ferociously slash their coffins
To pieces and begin to come forth from their graves.
The shadows of the zombies spill vengeance and evil
Upon the grave yard, as they come forth from
Their graves.
The zombies are most anxious about the graveyard
Before midnight arises, for they make the
Most petrifying of wails and screams.
Sounding as if they are being boiled alive
In their own ghastliness, of their slimy and
Putrid green skin.

Poem
This is poem #4 or #5 I believe.
http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/infection-6/
Not exactly a zombie poem, but could be taken as one.
burned up pictures and hot painful thoughts
instead of my brain it's my heart that rots
bacteria fester and infections abound
I try to scream but no one can hear a sound
I tell myself it's going to be okay
I tell myself it's going to be fine
but i spend my today obsessing over tomorrow
happiness smothered by aching tons of sorrow
they're building up and strangling me
the tears of mine that others cannot see
things run together like a river with no rocks
colors blend and the resulting black mocks
mocks my sorrow and turns it bright
and that sick way is how I see the light.

Zombie Poem #4
The
table was set
The
candles aglow;
When
at the front door
Three
zombies did show.
“Who
could that be knocking?”
Poor
Mother did pout.
“Probably
Mindy’s boyfriend,”
My
Father did shout.
“I’ll
see who it is,”
I
said to them all.
As
I skittered and shimmied
To
see who did call.
The
door it did open
My
heart it did shudder;
My
legs felt just like
A
bowl of whipped butter.
“Brains!”
said one zombie
“Your Brains!” said another;
“It’s
turkey or nothing,”
Blared
my big, nosy mother.
I
held my breath tight
As
they studied my skull;
Then
each rolled an eye
To
find it… quite dull.
I
felt almost rejected
As
they brushed me aside;
And
toward our Thanksgiving table
Each
zombie did stride.
The
zombies they shuffled
Straight
up to the bird;
They
left quite a smell
Like
a three-week old turd!
They
reached out their hands
To
tear off a leg;
Mom
said, “Sit down you three;
And
don’t make me beg!”
I
figured they’d tear her
One
limb from another;
But
those zombies seemed –
Quite
scared of… my mother!
In
no time they listened
In
no time they sat;
And
wore napkins in their collars
In
two seconds flat!
My
family sat watching
The
zombies devour;
A
20-pound turkey
In
less than an hour.
They
gnawed on the wishbone
And
guzzled down gravy;
Their
behavior was almost
Well…
downright… behave-y!
Mom
smiled and cheered
As
they refilled each plate;
It
didn’t seem to bother her
That
none of us ate.
And
when there was nothing
To
swallow or chew;
The
zombies looked happy
Or
at least, far less… eeeewwwww!
My
family sat frozen
Quite
glued to our seats;
Until
Zombie One burped
And
sputtered, “Good eats!”
They
rose without speaking
As
we covered our brains;
They
turned and shuffled out
Leaving
only grease stains.
I
stood at the door
To
see where they’d gone;
And
watched three stuffed zombies
Shuffle
down our front lawn.
“It
sure looks to me,”
I
said with a tweet.
“Like
they’re going away;
Like
they’re crossing the street!”
“Now
that they’re gone,”
Mom
said with a grin.
“Our
real Thanksgiving dinner
Can
finally begin!”
Dad
helped clear the table
Sis
set it again;
As
I asked Mom about
Her
backup turkey plan.
“Why
everyone knows,”
She
grinned from ear to ear;
“To
cook a second Thanksgiving dinner
When
zombies are near!”
Here is a zombie poem I found that has to do with Thanksgiving, Happy Thanksgiving guys!! ^___^

The Walking Dead
The Walking Dead is number one, or one of the top watched shows in the whole world, this comes at no surprise of course! I think the show will be number one for a long time, even beating Breaking Bad and The Big Bang Theory! The Walking Dead has just such an amazing storyline and such great characters and they do everything right at the right time and the show is just AMAZING, I just don't know how else to describe it. I hope the show will be around for a long time, but I don't think they'll go past 5 seasons, I am just not sure how much more they could add, but they are amazing and creative, I bet they'll come up with some fantastic stuff. Then we could have at least 7 seasons of The Walking Dead like we do with Doctor Who!!! Wouldn't that be fantastic?!?!?!
Another Zombie Movie
I wouldn't mind seeing this movie. It is a good idea actually, having love change zombies back into humans... hmm, interesting and cool idea. I hope they pull it off right. But I will see it, probably on Netflix or on Demand. The movie is called Warm Bodies.

Zombie Poem #3
Here is an amazing poem I found on: http://nighthag.hubpages.com/hub/Infectious-deathA-zombie-poem
The dead stumble into the night
Empty graves left open
Under the moons eerie light
Shambling bodies, decaying and rotten
Screams of horror piercing the air
As the undead fill the town
Remorselessly hunting without care
Dragging their terrified victims down
Blood runs down the street
As they kill all that they see
The innocent nothing more than meat
For the horde of ravenous zombies
Friends becoming mortal foes
With just one infectious bite
As the horror and terror grows
In the hell that has become their plight
With a vengeful smile and soulless eyes
She watches the chaos spread
Savouring the ghastly innocent cries
A mistress of the walking dead
The dead stumble into the night
Empty graves left open
Under the moons eerie light
Shambling bodies, decaying and rotten
Screams of horror piercing the air
As the undead fill the town
Remorselessly hunting without care
Dragging their terrified victims down
Blood runs down the street
As they kill all that they see
The innocent nothing more than meat
For the horde of ravenous zombies
Friends becoming mortal foes
With just one infectious bite
As the horror and terror grows
In the hell that has become their plight
Fear and agony in every shout
As the living fight for their last breath
Fire and gunshots ringing out
As they fall to the infectious death
As the living fight for their last breath
Fire and gunshots ringing out
As they fall to the infectious death
She watches the chaos spread
Savouring the ghastly innocent cries
A mistress of the walking dead
Another Zombie Movie
Here is another zombie movie that is coming out in 2013... called Zombie Massacre. I am not sure if this movie will be good or stupid, but I will see it anyways. It looks pretty good, but it looks kind of cheesy to me. Just the way the zombies look, looks weird.
I honestly like it better when zombies just walk, not run... for some odd reason it just seems more realistic and is just better.

The Walking Dead
The Walking Dead episode last night was amazing! I am so glad Rick is coming back and that Daryl found Carol! I knew she wasn't dead. I feel bad for Maggie and Glen though... stupid Merle. And I hope Rick and the others help Michonne. And Andrea.... losing hope in that girl, why is she so blind? Just because she wants a safe place, I hope she comes to her senses soon and realizes that she needs to leave because the Governor is dangerous!

Poem #2
Here is a poem I found on this site: http://www.mindspillage.org/wiki/Zombie_poems
Shall I compare thee to the somber dead?
Shall I compare thee to the somber dead?
Thou art more mobile and more desperate.
Rough winds don't touch a coffin-buried head,
And funerals hath all too short a date.
Sometime too hot the eye of heaven shines,
And often cause the dead things to decay;
And every life from life sometime declines,
By chance, or since you've gnawed its limbs away.
But thy eternal moaning shall not fade
Nor lose possession of such "life" thou hast;
Nor shall death brag thou wand'rest in his shade,
When in eternal mad undeath thou last,
So long as men have brains on which to feed,
So long lurch you, in everlasting greed.
Thou art more mobile and more desperate.
Rough winds don't touch a coffin-buried head,
And funerals hath all too short a date.
Sometime too hot the eye of heaven shines,
And often cause the dead things to decay;
And every life from life sometime declines,

So long lurch you, in everlasting greed.

Rough Draft
Here is a rough draft of my first zombie poem.
Virus
My heart beats faster with every step.
I must watch out for those things,
those things I used to call people.
They are stench covered creatures that crave human blood and meat.
If I am not careful, they will get me,
if I am not careful I will turn into one of them.
Night falls and I shut my eyes,
unguarded and unprotected.
I wake up screaming not that long after I fell asleep.
One of the creatures bite me,
why did I fall asleep?
I stab the creature in the head with my knife.
It's good it's dead, but that won't change a thing.
It doesn't change the fact I let my guard down,
it doesn't change the fact that I have the virus in me now.
I feel it going through my veins.
I can feel the virus growing inside of me,
soon it will take over me,
and I will become a creature.
The virus spreads through me more in each passing moment,
I can feel it coming now with every breathe I take.
My vision turns all hazy,
I start to breathe heavily,
I start to see visions,
I am starting to grow mad,
and become more like an animal.
When I wake up again later,
all I can think of is flesh.
Human flesh is what I desire,
and that is what I shall get.
With each horrified scream I take a bite,
giving them too the virus.
The virus that has destroyed mankind.

Zombie Poem #1
This is a zombie poem I found online. Wanted to share this one, because it says Ohio, and I come from Ohio, so of course I love this poem! I will share a poem everyday and just write if you really like it or not if you'd like.
Driving Through Minerva, Ohio
This town’s dead, you say.
Nothing ever happens here.
I mean to tell you, my dudes and me
are here to put a little bite in it,
me, who they call the Bed Wetter,
and Zombie Bob and Zombie Bill,
some pretty cool names for a vamp
and his hybrid buds.
I make beds wet, all right,
soak them with blood and feed
the scraps to my vamp zombies,
the double double dead.
We’re going to give you plenty to talk about
besides the weather, besides
who’s been stealing your parking spot, besides
the local who’s who of screwing.
Soon, pretty damned soon,
you’re going to be 100-percent right
about the town being dead,
this time for good.

Zombie Quizzes
I love taking the 'would you survive the zombie apocalypse' quizzes. Depending on which test, I either get yes I would survive or I would survive longer then most people, but I would get distracted and get bitten or eaten in a few months or so.
So here are a few tests, and tell me what you get.
